Binhai Xincheng Station intermediate air shaft tunnel is located in Fuzhou City, Binhai Express (Fuzhou to Changle Airport Intercity Railway Project) Binhai Xincheng Station to the airport station section, commissioned by the CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Company Ltd., our company undertook the Binhai Xincheng Station intermediate air shaft mud shield tunneling section gyrostatic orientation survey project.
Based on the known control points on the ground around the tunnel of the intermediate air shaft of Binhai Xincheng Station as the ground datum orientation side, the China Aerospace Gyroscope BTJ-5 (one-time orientation accuracy ±5″) fully automated one-piece integral method instrument is used, and the Leica 1-second TS09 total station is mounted for observing the gyroscopic azimuth. A directional check edge is laid in the tunnel, and according to the conversion calculation of gyroscopic azimuth and coordinate azimuth, the coordinate azimuth of the check edge in the tunnel is solved, and compared with the coordinate azimuth measured by total station according to the underground control point, in order to assess the reliability of the directional accuracy of the underground control guide line.
According to the requirements of the contract, this project requires a total of 10 gyrostatic orientation surveys, 5 measurements for each of the left and right lines of tunnels. The measurement time of this project is from April 07, 2022 to June 07, 2023, a total of 10 gyrostatic orientation surveys were completed, and all the measurement tasks were completed.In October 2022, the data sorting was completed and all the results and technical reports were submitted, and the project passed the acceptance of the owner successfully, and the archiving of the owner's data was completed.
