Entrusted by China Xiong'an Group Eco-Construction Investment Co., Ltd, our company undertook the completion survey project of the public cemetery and funeral home project in Xiong'an New Area.
The survey project is located in Xiong'an New Area, the survey scope is 30 meters outside the red line of the site, the as-built topographic map survey is about 0.47 square kilometers, and the green area survey scope is 152,600.25 square meters. According to the requirements of the contract and the actual situation of the project, the main survey items include: ① selected burial point plane control and leveling survey; ② as-built topographic map survey; ③ planning inspection point survey; ④ four boundaries survey; ⑤ green space survey.
In order to better calculate the as-built area data of this project, the project department has learned the iData data processing software promoted by Xiong'an New Area. When making drawings of as-built areas and topographic maps, we make full use of the iData data processing software to make the survey data more accurately check with the original design drawings. Moreover, we import the data according to the measured data on the site, which effectively shortens the time for checking the workload of the design and reporting regulations.
The completion surveying project for public cemeteries and funeral homes in Xiong'an New Area started on October 8, 2021, and the project report successfully passed the three-party acceptance in May 2023, and the filing of the owner's information was completed.
