Shijiazhuang Zhengding New District Xin Cheng Avenue North Extension Road and Pipeline Corridor Project is located in Shijiazhuang Zhengding New District, with a total length of 788m, commissioned by Shijiazhuang Hutuo New District Investment and Development Co., Ltd, our company has undertaken the monitoring project involving the Metro Protection Zone.
In order not to affect the normal operation of the Metro, automated monitoring is used in the Metro track area. The automated monitoring system is mainly composed of data acquisition, data transmission, system general control, data processing, data analysis and data management. The system realizes automatic observation, recording, processing, storage, deformation report preparation and deformation trend display without operator intervention.
Different from conventional monitoring, track area monitoring has its own particularity. Especially, there are more equipments in the track area, including all kinds of electronic signal equipments, and most of the time in the track area is running with passengers, any damage to the electronic equipments on the spot will bring great potential danger or accidents to the safety of the train, according to the structural characteristics of the tunnel, we specially designed the fixing bracket for placing the automatic total station and reflecting prism respectively, which guarantees the solidity and safety of the monitoring equipments.
The monitoring project started the initial value collection work from August 5, 2021 to April 25, 2022 when the monitoring stopped, involving 11 monitoring items and a total of 263 days (about 9 months) of monitoring cycle. All project information has been submitted to the owner and successfully passed the owner's acceptance.
