The relocation and reconstruction of Hefei Tie Peng Cement Co., Ltd. annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons of cement grinding station upgrade project of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province, invested and constructed by Hefei Tie Peng Cement Co., Ltd. The construction mainly includes PHC pipe pile construction for mixing material stacking shed, clinker storage, mixing material storage and batching, mineral powder storage system, cement grinding system, cement storage system and maintenance room of living building, and more than 1,200 piles were completed in total.
The relocation and reconstruction of Hefei Tie Peng Cement Co., Ltd. annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons of cement grinding station upgrade project of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection started on October 12, 2022 and completed on November 25, 2022, with a total construction period of 45 calendar days. After third-party testing, all of the PHC piles were 100% qualified.
With the joint efforts of all the staff of the project department and the strong support from the supervisor, general contractor and the owner, the project has successfully completed the construction task and won the approval of the supervisor, general contractor and the owner in all aspects of construction management, laying the foundation for the next cooperation.
