The piling project for PT.KOBEXINDO CEMENT is located in Kutai County, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, and is invested by PT.KOBEXINDO CEMENT, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. A total of about 500 piles with diameter of 800mm and about 50 piles with diameter of 1000mm have been completed. The length of bored piles ranges from 10.5m to 37.6m. The stratum around the piles is mainly composed of artificial fill, silt, gravel, coral stone, etc. The bearing layer at the end of the piles is highly weathered and moderately weathered limestone.
The Piling Project for PT.KOBEXINDO CEMENT started on April 26, 2022 and completed on August 10, 2022. During the construction of the pile drilling, it is necessary to pass through the deepest layer of dynamic compaction replacement fill layer of about 12m, and the hole collapse is very likely to occur during the construction of drilling in this stratum. During the construction period, our project department strictly controlled the construction quality, reasonably arranged the construction sequence, and did a good job of communication and coordination, and obeyed the unified management of the owner's site to ensure the safety and quality of the construction of the piles.
All pile foundations were qualified by the third-party inspection, and the quality target was successfully completed. During the construction of this project, the environmental protection and civilized construction were well received by the owner.
