This project is located in Lagos State, Nigeria, invested by CCECC NIGERIA LIMITED, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project. The reinforced concrete bored piles with slurry supported are adopted in this project, with diameters of 1250mm and 1500mm, more than 50 piles in total, with pile lengths ranging from 35 to 49m and concrete strength grade C30.
The project was started on October 25, 2022 and completed on December 31, 2022, meeting the requirements of the owner for the construction period. After the construction of the pile foundation, the general contractor was responsible for testing, the testing items are low strain and ultrasonic testing, a total of 27 piles were tested with low strain and 27 piles were tested with ultrasonic, all of them were qualified.
During the construction process, the project department strictly implemented the relevant regulations of the owner and the company's rules and regulations compilation, strictly organized, scientifically managed, carefully constructed, fully accepted the management and supervision of the general contractor and the supervising engineer, self-inspected and re-inspected the quality, progress and safety of the project, and strictly followed the construction organization design to successfully complete all the construction tasks, and the quality, safety and progress management during the construction process were unanimously praised by the technical group and the management group.
