The project is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. Entrusted by ExxonMobil (Huizhou) Chemical Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the dynamic compaction project. The main construction content of this project is the arrangement of tamping points on site, the measurement and placement of tamping points on site, the positioning of the tamping machine, the acceptance of the tamping pit and the backfilling of the tamping pit, the control of full tamp, the leveling and acceptance of the whole site after full tamping. Among them, the 4000KN·m dynamic compaction area is 27,866 square meters, the 6000KN·m dynamic compaction area is 334,533 square meters, and the 8000KN·m dynamic compaction area is 32,090 square meters.
The project started on July 16, 2021, lasted 76 days, and was completed on September 30, 2021, meeting the requirements of the contract duration. After the completion of the project, the flat load test and dynamic penetration test were carried out on the treated foundation, and the test results met the design requirements.
We overcame the difficulties of construction organization, high requirements for construction measures during the rainy season, and a relatively tight schedule. With the strong support of the owner and the supervisory unit, and through the unremitting efforts of all the personnel in our project department, we successfully completed the dynamic compaction construction, and completed the construction progress under the premise of ensuring safety and quality to ensure the schedule, and finally delivered a satisfactory answer to the owner.
