The project is located in Tangyin County, Henan Province. Entrusted by Yihai Kerry (Anyang) Food Industry Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. The main work contents include CFG pile construction (drilling, pouring concrete), post-pouring pile foundation construction (including drilling, steel cage fabrication and installation, concrete pouring, slag transportation), concrete road breaking and external transportation, etc.
The CFG pile construction of this project adopts long spiral drilling rig to drill and pour concrete, the bored pile construction adopts the rotary drilling rig to drill. The construction of the pile was carried out by rotary drilling rig, underwater concrete pouring by conduit method and post-pouring method, and the placement of reinforcement cage and concrete pouring were carried out by manual cooperation with car crane lifting. the concrete road is broken by broken hammer.
The project started on September 12, 2021 and was completed on December 15, 2021, with an actual construction period of 95 days. A total of 1,508 CFG piles and 669 bored piles were completed, and the test results met the design and specification requirements.
