The project is located in Binjiang Town, Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, invested by Xinpu Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the construction of the site leveling project and the pile foundation construction (including the test pile). The main work includes all the pile foundations of the main building and basement of the administration building, a total of 1,249 prestressed pipe piles, of which 314 piles have a diameter of 0.6m and 935 piles have a diameter of 0.5m, with a total construction of 24,016m³ of prestressed pipe piles.
The project started on March 31, 2021 and was fully completed on May 19, 2021, lasting 50 days, and the construction progress met the overall construction schedule requirements of the owner.
During the entire construction process, the project department designated a special person to be responsible for environmental protection work, responsible for the management and coordination of the construction surrounding environment and the construction site area. A comprehensive construction team has been set up, which is mainly responsible for civilized construction management and environmental protection. At the same time, all employees were organized to carry out environmental protection education, enhanced the environmental awareness of employees, regularly inspected the environment of the construction area, no environmental pollution accidents occurred, the domestic garbage generated during the construction process was treated according to the requirements, and the site was cleaned up according to the requirements after the construction was completed. During the construction process, environmental protection and civilized construction work have been praised by the owner.
Facing the unfavorable factors such as small construction site, cross-construction and tight schedule, our project department strictly followed the unified coordination and arrangement of Party A, took up the heavy responsibility, scientifically organized and carefully deployed, strictly followed the construction technology steps and measures, implemented safety at all levels and tightened quality at all levels; with the unremitting efforts of all project personnel, we completed the nodal target of Party A in quality and quantity, which was well received by the owner and supervisory unit.
