China Hebei Construction & Geotechnical Investigation Group (Hainan) Ltd. office building project is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, invested by China Hebei Construction & Geotechnical Investigation Group (Hainan) Ltd. The total construction area is 47527.24 square meters, the underground area is 20768.21 square meters, mainly including the basement of 2 floors, east and west building of 5 floors each, office building of 12 floors, office building height of 54m, east and west building height of 22.3m.
The construction is for the entire office building, including design and construction of pit support, main structure, building decoration, roofing, building water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, building electrics, and building energy efficiency. The project started on September 13, 2021 and was completed on June 1, 2023, with an actual construction period of 626 days.
