The proposed site of GLP Qingyuan Fashion Technology Innovation Valley Project is located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, which is invested by Qingyuan Wode Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and the project has a total of 2,823 piles with pile diameters of 700mm and 750mm.
The construction content includes two kinds of rotary bored piles with pile diameter of 700mm and 750mm, which need to be cleaned by reverse circulation before pouring concrete. The construction site has many equipments, large site, and the pile spacing is about 12 meters, so it is inconvenient to move the cleaning equipments and the length of the air tube is too long when cleaning the holes repeatedly. On the basis of this demand, our project department used sewage pumps to make a simple pump suction reverse circulation device, which saves manpower and material costs, improves the effect of clearing holes, and makes the construction easy and thus improves the construction efficiency and saves costs. After third-party testing, the pass rate is 100%.
The pile foundation construction commenced on June 14, 2023 and was completed on October 4, 2023 meeting the schedule. The quality, safety and progress management during the construction was well received by the technical and management teams.
