The dynamic compaction of amide and nylon new material is located in Zhijiang City, Hubei Province, invested by Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd. a total of 388,139.69 square meters of dynamic compaction was completed. The design bearing capacity characteristic value after dynamic compaction is ≥150kPa, and the average tamping settlement of the last two strikes of 8000kN·m is not more than 200mm, and the average tamping settlement of the last two strikes of 4000kN·m is not more than 100mm.

The construction area of the project has a thick layer of fill, the ground is uneven, and there is a silt zone, in response, we first use the bulldozer for ground leveling to identify the soft areas and mark them in advance, For silt area and serious water-soaked area, the owner provided phosphogypsum to pave the soil layer in this area to absorb water, and then dug out and refilled, this measure can quickly deal with the silt area or serious water-soaked area to ensure the safety of machinery travel and speed up the progress of construction. Most of the later work was on-site roadway dynamic compaction, with scattered construction areas and discontinuous construction tasks. Thus, for the road tamping area, we communicated with the owner and the design company in advance, planned and arranged in advance, coordinated the organization, reduced the frequency of transfer of tamping machinery, and improved the efficiency of the construction.

 The project started on October 13, 2021, and was completed on November 23, 2022, lasting 406 days. The overall construction plan meets the owner's construction requirements, and the quality, safety, and schedule management during the construction process have been praised by both the technical team and the management team.
