Indonesia Jinxiang 113 and 104 platform retaining wall project is located in Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, invested by PT.KINXIANG NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA. A total of 759.92m of slope management has been completed in the project.
The project commenced on June 22, 2022 and was completed on January 06, 2023. During the construction process, in order to ensure that the installation of the inverted layer meets the design requirements, a template was used to make a mold according to the dimensions of the inverted layer as required by the drawings, the mold was placed on the inside of the drain pipe, and the graded sand and gravel were placed inside the mold in sequence. The quality of the inverted layer was ensured by this method. After third party testing, the passing rate is 100%.
This project summarized a lot of experience in the construction of reinforced concrete retaining wall construction and Indonesia construction, which can provide reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects. The construction quality and progress control have been well received by the owner and the supervisor.
