This project is located in Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province. The project is a large geological hazard control project, the main construction content includes slope cutting, pile with man-excavated shaft, bored piles, micro piles, anchor lattice, rubble retaining wall, plate rib retaining wall, counterfort retaining wall, blind ditch, intercepting and drainage ditch, deep drainage hole, anchor cable, guardrail railing, inter-pile baffle, platform hardening, greening, road repair, etc.
The main work of this project is pile with man-excavated shaft (anti-slip pile), which is also the work content with high safety risk. The piles are generally deeper, except for A-type piles, which are over 20m deep, especially B-type piles with a cross-section of 3.0×4.0m and a hole depth of 40m, which are affected by the slow construction progress of water-grinding drilling into the rock, and it takes up to 3~4 months to complete a single pile. The construction of B-type piles in this project is carried out in 2 sequences, and the construction period is at least half a year. The stability of the retaining wall is a safety hazard due to heavy rainfall and groundwater, and there is a potential risk of slope destabilization due to concentrated rainfall, and the retaining wall collapse and pile hole collapse may occur at any time, and the personal safety of the construction personnel is a big risk. In view of the characteristics of this project, we effectively strengthen the refined safety management during the construction process, arrange special personnel to inspect the site, timely find and dispose of safety hazards, and ensure the construction safety.
The project started on December 20, 2019 and was completed on October 31, 2022, which lasted 1,045 days. After the construction was completed, the third-party testing company used low strain method, ultrasonic method and core method to test the anti-slip piles respectively, and the anti-slip piles of this project passed 100%. The anchor rod and anchor cable pullout test met the design requirements. After the completion of the project, the slope is stable and the quality of the project is good, meeting the requirements of the customer and the contract, which has been highly evaluated by the leaders of the government departments and members of the expert group who participated in the acceptance and achieved high social benefits.
During the construction period, relevant leaders from Zhejiang Province, Wenzhou City and Yongjia County have visited the project for many times to inspect and guide the work, and the project department has also been interviewed by Wenzhou local TV station. This governance project is large in scale, high in danger, and complex in geological conditions, and has great repercussions in the local area. The successful completion of this governance project has won us the market and reputation.
