In March 2021, acquired 15.45 mu of construction land in Jiangdong New District, Haikou City through active planning and operation. On September 13, 2021, the construction of Hainan office building project officially started. Under the high attention of the company's leadership and all employees, and with the joint efforts of the project preparation and construction office and all participants of the project department of the geotechnical engineering company, the project construction task was successfully completed in 1 year and 9 months, and was officially delivered for occupation today.
The Hainan office building project covers an area of 15.45 mu, with a total construction area of 47,527 square meters, which is 1.5 times of the company's Luquan headquarters office building, with a total investment of 398 million yuan, making it the largest infrastructure project in terms of single investment scale. The main office building has twelve floors, and the east and west buildings have five floors above ground. The new office building has a magnificent appearance, beautiful environment and complete office facilities, which not only provides a good working environment for our staff, but also provides a strong guarantee and a brand new platform for us to make full use of and grasp the advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port policy and development opportunities, actively develop Hainan and the surrounding local market, vigorously expand the international market, and strive to make Hainan company a bridgehead and transit station for our better access to overseas markets.
