From May 22 to May 28, 2023, the Safety Management Department of the Group organized the third rotary drilling rig operator skills training in Xuzhou Vocational College of Industrial Technology, in which 14 operators from underground engineering company, geotechnical engineering company and foundation engineering company had theoretical knowledge and operational skills training.
Through this training, the operators have a deeper understanding of the theoretical knowledge of product structure, technology, hydraulic system and electrical system of rotary drilling rigs, and their practical skills of drilling tools selection, troubleshooting and maintenance have been improved.
After the study and training, the participants also organized a revolutionary tour, visited the Huaihai Battle Memorial Hall, Xuzhou Museum, Ximatai, reminiscing about the revolutionary martyrs, increasing historical knowledge, invigorating the spirit, relaxing the body and mind.
