This project is located in Singapore, entrusted by SINGAPORE MANDAI PARK DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD, our company is responsible for the construction and testing of bored micro steel pipe piles for the whole project. There are more than 40 micro piles with diameter of 300mm and more than 50 micro piles with diameter of 250mm, and the pile ends enter the bearing layer of medium weathered rock layer, and more than 90 piles are completed in total.
We strictly implemented the British Standard design principles and the requirements of the construction process, organized the construction in strict accordance with the local standards of Singapore, worked closely with the owner's representative and the general contractor, strictly controlled the construction process, and effectively ensured the quality of the project and the safety and civilized construction to meet the requirements. In order to ensure the construction schedule to meet the contract requirements, the construction area had to be reasonably arranged and the construction sequence had to be adjusted to optimize the construction process, reduce the impact of cross work and ensure the construction schedule due to the narrow construction work area and the undulating terrain, as well as taking into account safety and civilized construction and operation time constraints.
The project was started on October 07, 2021 and completed on June 10, 2022. It lasted 247 days and met the requirements of the construction period. The pile foundations were tested by the third party, and the results of low strain test and high strain test on the pile integrity were all qualified with 100% passing rate, and the rivet welding on the steel pipe was also tested by MPI TEST and bending test with 100% passing rate, fully meeting the design and specification requirements with 100% passing rate.
