The project is located in Cangzhou, Hebei. Entrusted by Hebei Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of gasification plant, slag and grey water treatment, gasification cabinet room and gasification substation of this project. The project is completed with more than 600 CFG piles with diameter of 400 mm, more than 300 corrugated pile with diameter of 500 mm and more than 200 bored piles with diameter of 800 mm.
According to the stratigraphic conditions and groundwater conditions of this project, our company dispatched a project manager with strong construction and coordination ability to be responsible for the construction management of this project, and the members of the project team have rich management experience and attach great importance to the management of this project from the personnel and ideology. The project team members are all experienced in management and attach great importance to the management of the project from the perspective of personnel and ideology. We proactively contact and coordinate with the supervisor and the owner to solve problems together, strive to create good construction conditions and improve the construction quality, and regularly check and monitor the metering system of the commodity mixing plant to ensure the accuracy of the metering system.
The project started on December 25, 2021 and finished on June 30, 2022, which lasted 185 days and met the requirements of the owner for the construction period. The passing rate of pile foundation inspection is 100%, and all contractual contents are in line with the requirements of the contract.
