On December 30, 2022, our company received a letter of commendation from the owner, Caofeidian Xintian LNG Co., Ltd. Our company undertakes the construction of 9# and 15# storage tank pile foundation project of Tangshan LNG project receiving station phase II (9#, 10#, 15# and 16# storage tanks), the main construction content is 736 piles with diameter of 1.4m and length of 71m/74m concrete bored piles. Since the construction started on May 31, 2022, under the careful management and standardized construction of Tangshan LNG project department, we strictly controlled the safety and quality and implemented the goal of zero accident in safety and quality, and successfully completed all construction tasks on July 21, 2022, which won the unanimous approval of the owner, supervisor and general contractor. During the construction process, all members of the project department faced with the adverse effects of bad weather and the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic , they rose to the challenge, collaborated sincerely and forged ahead, fully interpreted the iron army spirit of CHCI and laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of the project.
Guangxi LNG project 5# and 6# storage tank pile foundation project is a project to which the Pipe China Group Beihai LNG Co., Ltd attaches great importance. Our company undertook the construction of storage tank pile foundation of Guangxi LNG Phase II project in April 2022, and started the construction on May 20, 2022, and completed it on July 11. From the beginning of the construction, the project was constructed 24 hours around the clock. To ensure the completion of the project with high quality and high efficiency, during the construction period, the owner, PMC department, supervisory department and construction department were equipped with sufficient management personnel and construction staff, and under a series of difficulties such as epidemic, hot weather and rainy season typhoon, all the staff of Guangxi LNG project department maintained a high degree of enthusiasm and overcame all difficulties and hazards to successfully complete all the tasks of pile foundation construction. The pile foundation test results showed that all piles were Class I piles. We completed each milestone target with quality and quantity, and won the commendation letter and the honor of excellent and outstanding contractor collective from the Guangxi Beihai LNG Phase II Project Department of Pipe China Group Beihai LNG Co., Ltd.
The project department of Huaneng Gansu Zhengning Power Plant Phase II received a letter of commendation from the owner, Huaneng Longdong Energy Company Zhengning Power Plant, during the construction period, under the leadership of the project leader, with excellent professional skills and profound construction experience, our project department played a good role of communication bridge between the owner, the supervisor and the designer. The goal of this project is "National Quality Engineering Gold Award", and the proportion of Class I piles in the pile foundation inspection and acceptance of Section B, which our company is responsible for, is higher than the standard of Gold Award. In the new round of COVID-19 epidemic impact, the project department strictly implemented the epidemic prevention and control measures, without delaying the construction, showing a high degree of work responsibility and excellent service consciousness, won the full recognition of the leadership and staff of Huaneng Longdong Energy Company.
The project department of Red Star Shipyard Complex (Phase II) in Vladivostok, Russia, received a letter of commendation from the Russian Red Star Shipyard Project Department of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. During the construction period, under the leadership of the project leader, the project department unified ideas and scientific organization, and after 305 days of hard work, the project department completed the task goal of zero accidents in quality and safety and promoting construction with quality and quantity. The pile foundation inspection and acceptance of 302, 303 and 304 plants that our company is responsible for are all qualified. During the peak construction period, we overcame many difficulties and unfavorable factors, such as the COVID-19 epidemic, cold weather, and the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war, and adopted 24-hour around the clock construction, and actively deployed reasonable and efficient construction progress steadily. Especially in the sudden COVID-19 epidemic, the project department faced the great challenge of the epidemic and took active measures to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work, carried out isolation work quickly and orderly, and calmed the panic of infected personnel. This scientific prevention and active organization made an important contribution to the rapid resumption of work and construction at a later stage, which was fully affirmed and praised by the general contractor.
The project department of Hebei Iron-Based New Material Quality Improvement Project Pile Foundation Construction Section A has successfully completed each key task required by the owner since the start of construction, and won high recognition from the owners with high enthusiasm for work, reasonable mechanical and manual arrangement, perfect construction plan and technical requirements during construction. At the same time, despite many unfavorable factors such as repeated epidemics, complex geological conditions at the site, and tight schedules, the company still strived hard and completed the construction task with high safety and quality.
The third phase of 2×660MW expansion project of Zhejiang Zhoushan Power Plant is the first secondary reheat coal-fired unit in Zhejiang Province, with higher efficiency and better environmental protection, which will help the enterprise to become a "safe, efficient, green, low-carbon, flexible and intelligent" six-type power plant, which will further meet the electricity demand of the whole region and even the city after the completion of the project, and help the high-quality development of Zhoushan marine economy. Since the start of construction in June 2022, Zhoushan Power Plant Phase III Project Department has actively cooperated with the owner's overall planning, with safety, quality and progress control in place, successfully completed the construction tasks, and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent main structure construction of this project, which has been highly praised by the owner and the supervisor, and laid a solid foundation for our company to undertake subsequent projects of China Energy Group.
