At 16:00 Beijing time on November 1, 2022, Unit #1 of Sihanoukville 2×350MW coal-fired power plant in Cambodia, which was constructed by our company, passed the full-load performance test required by Cambodia National Electricity Corporation, marking the first unit of the largest thermal power project invested and built by China Huadian Copration Ltd in Cambodia was officially put into operation. This project is the key project invested by China Huadian in countries along the "The Belt and Road", and is also the largest power project invested by China in Cambodia. The owner, Huadian Sihanoukville Power Generation Co., Ltd. would like to express its gratitude to our company and pay tribute to all our construction staff and support staff.
Since the start of the main project, all the personnel of the Sihanoukville project department, under the unified deployment of the owner and the supervisor, have been working together, overcoming difficulties, overcoming the adverse effects of continuous rainfall, epidemic and high temperature, and putting themselves into the construction of the project with high spirit and enthusiasm, laying a solid foundation for the project to achieve the commissioning of #1 unit ahead of schedule.
