This project is located in Yingdong District, Fuyang City, invested by Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project. The construction site is a floodplain, dominated by powder clay and powder soil, with the groundwater level at about 26m. The design pile type is bored pile, with design pile length of about 30m, pile diameter of 600mm and number of more than 500 piles. Construction began on August 3, 2022 and was completed on October 25, 2022
The top elevation of piles in this project are all at -4.2m, the overpouring of concrete at the top of piles and the quality control of pile head is a key point in this project during construction. In order to ensure the quality of overpouring and pile head in the process of pile construction, the project department purchased bamboo poles and made slag-fisher on site to determine the height of overpouring through the friction feel of bamboo poles and stones and taking stones by slag-fisher. After excavation inspection, there is no quality problem of pile head on site.
During the construction process, the team, the project department and the supervisor and owner were inspected at three levels, and the quality of borehole formation, the quality of welding of reinforcement cage and the workability of commercial concrete were inspected in every pile, so as to control the process quality at all levels. In the end, the third-party testing company tested the trial piles and engineering piles by static load method (6 piles) and low strain (100%) method, and the passing rate of the test results was 100%.
