The project is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang, invested by Xinjiang Joinworld Co., Ltd, and our company has undertaken the construction of CFG pile foundation for this project.
The project started on April 19, 2022 and was completed on June 18, 2022, including CFG pile construction, excavation and transportation of soil between piles, pile head cutting, pile foundation testing, bedding layer construction and engineering dewatering. In the casting workshop, there are about 900 CFG piles with a diameter of 500mm, effective pile length of 14.5-15.0m, excavation and transportation of soil of 1,200m³, excavation and transportation of soil between piles of 2,500m³, and laying of bedding layer of 680m³. In the 20,000 tons joint method workshop, there are about 3,900 CFG piles with a diameter of 500mm, effective pile length of 13m, excavation and transportation of soil of 8,000m³, excavation and transportation of soil between piles of 4,400m³, and laying of bedding layer of 2,500m³.
The final test results of the project are as follows:
(1) A total of 390 piles in the joint method workshop were tested for low strain, all of which passed, and 90 piles in the foundry workshop were tested for low strain, all of which passed.
(2) A total of 19 piles in the joint method workshop were tested for vertical compressive static load, and all of them were qualified, and 4 piles in the casting workshop were tested for vertical compressive static load, and all of them were qualified, with 100% passing rate.
(3) A total of 20 piles in the joint method workshop were tested for composite foundation, all of which are qualified, and 5 piles in the casting workshop were tested for composite foundation, all of which are qualified. The qualification rate is 100%.
