This project is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, invested by Sinopec Yantai Longkou LNG Co., Ltd. Our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project, and completed more than 400 piles of 1400mm diameter bored piles and more than 400 short cast-in-place columns.
The construction period of this project is tight, starting from April 02, 2022 and finishing on May 12, 2022, which takes 41 days. In order to ensure the construction quality, the hole depth, hole diameter, verticality, mud index before filling, cage diameter, cage length, welding quality and other indicators of the bored piles of #1 storage tank of this project were all accepted by the owner's quality inspection engineers and supervision engineers, and the passing rate reached 100%. All the pile foundations were tested and all the tested items were qualified.
The project department actively coordinated with designers, project managers, owners, supervisors and other departments during the construction period, and completed the project objectives well, which was well received by the owners, project managers and supervisors, and won the title of Sinopec Excellent Contractor, and laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction tasks.
