This project is located in Hejin City, Shanxi Province, invested by Shanxi Ankun New Energy Co. Our company was responsible for the pile construction of this project. The pile foundation construction area includes 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# coke oven foundation base plate and chemical production area, etc.
A total of 8,693 piles with diameter of 600 mm and 19 piles with diameter of 800 mm (11 piles for coke platform support and 8 piles for coke platform cantilever), totaling 8,712 piles with length of 13~45.4 m and concrete strength grade of C30, were completed from June 2, 2020 to April 1, 2022, which lasted 323 days, meeting the requirements of the owner.
During the construction process, the construction quality was strictly controlled by focusing on the depth of entering the bearing layer, thickness of sediment, concrete strength and elevation of reinforcement cage, and the quality, safety and schedule management all met the requirements of the contract agreement and successfully completed the construction task. The pile foundation inspection pass rate was 100%, meeting the requirements of the bidding documents and the contract, and meeting the quality standards of the acceptance specifications.
