At about 7:00 a.m. on June 24, 2022, the sky was clear and the wind was gentle. With the sound of firecrackers, after nine months of construction, the main structure of the east and west annex buildings of the CHCI Office Building Project located in Haikou Jiangdong New Area was successfully capped, which means that the project construction has made new progress!
The main parts of the east and west annex buildings of the "CHCI Office Building" project are frame structures, with five floors above ground and a total construction area of about 7,673 square meters. Since the start of the project on September 13, 2021, all the participating units of the project have overcome the epidemics, extreme weather and other difficulties, adhered to the high standards and strict requirements of the working attitude, ensured the quality, safety and progress of the project construction, and finally successfully achieved the capping of the annex building as scheduled, and the main office building was also constructed to 5 floors, achieving a phased victory in the Hainan Office Building Project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main office building, secondary structure, decoration, curtain wall and equipment installation.
