This project is located in Zhanhua District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, invested by Zhanhua Weiqiao Port Logistics Co. Our company has undertaken the construction of dust suppression wall foundation, including the work of breaking chain block at foundation position (about 250 m³), the work of breaking water stability layer (about 1,100 m³), the work of breaking concrete pavement (about 230 m³), the replacement treatment of graded gravel foundation (about 2,000 m³), the construction of independent foundation (about 400 seats), and the construction of anti-corrosion coating and so on.
The project is mainly for independent foundation construction, the local foundation is soft and needs to be replaced with graded gravel to ensure that the foundation does not settle. How to ensure the large volume concrete construction does not produce cracks is the difficulty and key point of the project. With the cooperation of the owner and the efforts of our company members, the project started on March 16, 2021 and was completed on October 8, 2021, which took 206 days, and the quality was accepted and completed successfully.
During the whole construction process, the project did not have any safety accidents and did not occur any damage to the environment, which not only met the owner's requirements for progress, quality, safety and environmental protection, but also saved time for the owner's subsequent dust suppression wall installation, which was highly recognized by the owner and achieved good social benefits.
