On the morning of November 18, 2021, Xinji Jiaoyu Road Cross-Shide-Railway Interchange (Xinzhong Bridge), which is monitored by our company, was successfully swiveled!
Xinzhong Bridge is a key project of Xinji City, after the completion, it will become a new landmark in Xinji City, completely improve the traffic situation in the north-south direction in Xinji City, and greatly facilitate the travel of 200,000 people in the southern part of Xinji City between urban areas. The main bridge crosses the existing Shihde railroad, and the construction method of swivel construction is used in order not to affect the normal operation of the railroad line. In other words, the main bridge was built in the direction parallel to the railroad first, and after the main bridge was completed and met the requirements, the bridge was turned 62.24° clockwise to the completed position, and finally it was combined with the approach bridge of the interchange to realize the connection of the Jiaoyu road interchange. The monitoring and surveillance of the swivel bridge is critical to the successful completion of the swiveling of the bridge.
Our company won the tender and was responsible for the construction monitoring and surveillance work of Xinzhong Bridge in February 2020. As Xinji City is at the center of the epidemic, the monitoring project department actively cooperated with the local government's epidemic prevention requirements, strictly implemented the project site epidemic prevention measures, Under the situation that the mobilization of personnel and instruments are subject to great difficulties, we worked together to overcome difficulties, During the bridge construction process, we tracked and monitored each construction stage, analyzed the measured data using relevant software and analysis methods, and provided accurate monitoring data for the site to ensure the alignment and force state of the bridge after completion.
In the process of bridge turning, we used the most advanced fully automatic measuring robot in China and combined with the self-developed tracking and measuring software to implement the running trajectory and vibration monitoring and surveillance of the bridge. During the process of turning, we strictly controlled the turning angular speed of the bridge, and measured the axial closure, and commanded the construction team to spot move the bridge to finally meet the design requirements, and the accuracy reached 5mm to meet the design requirements.
The successful completion of swivel bridge monitoring indicates that our company has taken another solid step in the direction of road and bridge monitoring, which has laid a good foundation for undertaking more relevant projects in the future.
