In order to ensure the drinking water safety of urban residents, improve the municipal infrastructure, establish an efficient service system and promote healthy and sustainable socio-economic development, Jinzhou municipal Government launched a project of alternate water source project, the project is located in Yuantu Village, Jinzhou Town, Jinzhou City, with a water supply scale of 1200 m³/d and a total project investment of about 24,215,100 Yuan. The project includes the construction of 8 wells at the water source and supporting system, the work content includes drilling, physical detection, reaming, well pipe installation, packing, well sealing, well washing, pumping test, water quality inspection and other work.
The proposed water source layout adopts the group well method and sectional mining, which is in line with the local hydrogeological conditions and fully exploits the potential of groundwater resources, and is technically feasible, while occupying less land and shortening the water supply pipeline to achieve the expected purpose. The interfering pumping test was conducted to simulate the operation of the water source under unfavorable conditions, which provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the selection and determination of the water source and the layout of the water source. The hydrogeological parameters are based on actual measurements, which are representative and reliable for resource evaluation. The water quality is excellent, and the water chemistry type is HCO3-Ca. Na type water, which is of excellent quality and meets the standard of drinking water and general boiler water.
The construction officially started on January 5, 2021, and successfully completed all the construction tasks until March 23, 2021, and passed the acceptance once, which was well received by the Party A and the supervisor.
