On April 22, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Rotary Drilling Rig Operator Skills Training organized by the Group Company was held in Nankou Factory of SANY in Beijing. Liu Jingjing, General Manager of the Group Company, Wang Houxing, Director of the Safety and Production Department, and 20 operators, as well as Zhang Ketong, General Manager of Sany, and Li Leilei, Deputy General Manager of Sany, attended the ceremony.
Zhang Ketong, general manager of SANY, expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Liu and all the personnel, and emphasized that he would do a good job in the skill training activities for rotary drilling rig operators, and moreover, he would continue to deepen the cooperative relationship with CHCI. Mr. Liu expressed his gratitude for Sany's strong support, and said that he would strengthen cooperation and exchange in the areas of intelligence, automation, and the research of work method and process; he asked the participants to study carefully, think hard, improve their skills, and strive to improve productivity, so as to make due contributions to the development of the company.
Accompanied by Mr. Zhang and Mr. Li, all participants also visited Beijing Piling Machinery Lighthouse Factory, which enjoys the reputation of “Oscar of Intelligent Manufacturing”.
From April 22 to 26, 20 rotary drilling rig operators were intensively trained in SANY. The training, which was based on theory and practice, combined with the classroom and workshop, deepened the operators' understanding of SANY's rotary drilling rigs' performance and structure, work methods and processes, enhanced their mastery of rotary drilling rigs' electrical and hydraulic knowledge, increased the means and measures for daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and comprehensively improved the operation of the actual combat skill level. After the skills training, the participants also organized a tour of the Badaling Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, the Military Museum, to feel the long history and cultural heritage of our country, enhance the sense of national pride, and boost the spirit of relaxation.
During the training period, the training test and summary were also carried out, and each rotary drilling rig operator was qualified and finished the training, and they all said that they had learned a lot of knowledge through this training, and they would definitely apply what they had learned in their future work, and they would aspire to become the company's elite staffs, and contribute the most to the company's sustained and stable development.
