Luquan District sewage pipe network upgrading project lot 17 is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, invested by the Shijiazhuang City Luquan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the main construction content for the upgrading of sewage pipes in the Huian Roa. The new sewage pipe network of DN800 is 2.597km, and the sewage pipe of DN400 is 0.731km.
The main construction feature of this project is to carry out horizontal directional drilling construction in clay layer containing lumps and gravels. By improving and innovating the common guiding bit and reamer, the construction of guided drilling and reaming was finally completed successfully. The horizontal directional drilling construction was awarded two utility model patents and the modular well construction was awarded one utility model patent.
The project started on June 1, 2022 and completed all construction tasks on December 31, 2022, which lasted 214 days. No safety and quality accidents occurred during the whole construction process, the quality of the project was excellent, the construction progress met the requirements, and all the indicators met the contract requirements.
During the construction process, due to the long construction distance, through a number of intersections, residential areas, and village residential land, the project department prioritizes construction safety management.
