The project is located in Dongguang, Cangzhou City, and is invested Dongguang County Power Supply Branch of State Grid Hebei Province Electric Power Co., Ltd. The construction includes foundation treatment area of about 1,780 square meters, demolition of the original building, site leveling, preparation of construction site conditions, construction of temporary roads, construction of long spiral bored piles, construction of the main foundation, decoration, and laying of outdoor pipeline network.
The characteristics of this project are as follows: ① small construction site, concentrated construction materials stacking, multiple secondary transportation; ② concentrated labor force during construction, interspersed operations of various professions, including the foundation construction requires the organization of nearly 200 people in 3 days at the same time, the organization of such a scale of personnel in a short period of time under the influence of the new crown epidemic is difficult; ③ more technical focus, the project department through scientific and strict organization and supervision successfully controlled the quality of each construction link to ensure that the project to meet the acceptance standards.
With the joint efforts of all staff in the project department, the project started on April 30, 2021 and was completed on December 5, 2022, with an actual construction period of 584 days. The project schedule meets the requirements of the owner, the quality of the project meets the design requirements and the test results are qualified, no safety problems and environmental pollution occurred, and finally passed the acceptance. It not only created good economic and social benefits, won good market reputation, and made a large number of young professional and technical and construction management talents to be trained and improved, laying a good foundation for better undertaking and implementation of similar business in the future.
