This project is located in Fuping, Baoding City, Hebei Province, and is invested by Fuping Shenneng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The main construction contents of this project are as follows.
1. The whole plant fence, lighting pipeline pre-buried, grounding and side slope protection railing.
2. Plant roads (excluding asphalt layer and curbs).
3. Road construction outside the side slope (including roadside drainage ditch construction).
4. All underground pipes within the scope of the drawings (including rainwater pipes, production and living sewage drainage pipes, initial rainwater drainage pipes, initial rainwater pressure transmission pipes, fire fighting pipes, circulating water pipes, plant life water supply pipes, production industrial water pump water supply pipes, auxiliary equipment cooling water return pipes, production clear water pump water supply pipes, heating pipes, fuel oil return pipes, fuel oil supply pipes, compressed air pipes, ammonia solution pipes, demineralized water, etc.) through the road casing part.
The duration of this project was 43 days, completed 2 days ahead of schedule, meeting the requirements of the contract. A total of about 1,110m of concrete road, 370m of fence and 1,600m of pre-buried pipes were completed, and all indicators were accepted by the owner's quality inspection engineer and supervising engineer, with a 100% pass rate.
The project department overcame the difficulties of difficult construction organization and tight schedule, with the strong support of the owner and supervisory department, and with the persistent efforts of all the project staff, we successfully completed the ramming construction, with safety first and quality as the goal, and completed the construction progress under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, ensuring the schedule and finally handing over a satisfactory answer to the owner.
