The project is located in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. This project is invested by Guangxi Huasheng New Materials Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project, and we have completed 216 bored piles with a diameter of 800 mm and 213 bored piles with a diameter of 1,000 mm.
Construction began on 1 February 2019 and was completed on 12 July 2019. In the whole construction process, the complex geology of the construction site, the difficulty of drilling, the tendency of the sediment to exceed the standard in the process of drilling, as well as the large construction site area, many cross operations, and the pressure of safety management, coupled with the tight schedule and other factors, caused greater difficulties for on-time completion. In strict accordance with the unified coordination and arrangement of the owner, our project department was well organized and carefully constructed, and with the unremitting efforts of all project personnel, we completed the construction tasks assigned by the owner in a quality and quantity manner.
During the construction process, we strictly implemented construction technical specifications, implemented safety and quality responsibilities at all levels, strictly controlled construction quality, attached great importance to safety production, and provided guarantee for the continuous safe construction of the project through safety education and training activities throughout the construction process. After the completion of the construction, the third-party inspection was carried out and the pile foundations were all qualified, which saved time for the subsequent construction and was praised by Guangxi Huasheng New Materials Co.,Ltd.
