The project is located in Nianbu, Xinjia Township, Jingxi County, Baise City, Guangxi Province. Commissioned by Guangxi Xinfa Aluminum Power Co, our company has undertaken the supervision of this project. The total storage capacity of this project is about 52,530 km3, and the effective storage capacity is 50,610k m3, which belongs to the Class Ⅲ storage. Supervision content and scope include all engineering contents within the scope of construction, including 1# rockfill dam, 2# concrete gravity dam, 3# concrete gravity dam, 4# rockfill dam, 5# rockfill dam, side slope impermeable pavement cover, spray concrete pavement cover, reservoir bottom impermeable system, flood discharge system (drainage shaft, flood discharge pipe and return pool), etc. The construction period of this project is from February 2018 to December 2019.
It is extremely critical for tailing ponds to prevent leakage, and the reservoir area of this project is located in the karst development area, and karst management is the key among keys. There are three rockfill dams and two concrete gravity dams designed around the reservoir, and the construction quality of the dams is related to the operation safety of the mud discharge reservoir.
The project supervision department has strictly acted according to the contract, conscientiously fulfilled the contract agreement, and strictly controlled the quality of the project, so that the quality of the whole project is under control from the beginning to the end, especially in the cavity finding and treatment, dam foundation treatment, and other aspects to achieve the supervision targets. For the rough leveling of the slope, the fine leveling of the slope, the amount of cavity treatment, the distance of earth transportation, and the prevention of leakage system, the project supervision department has carefully and effectively controlled the project investment according to the expected target. The quality, safety, schedule, civilized construction and information management of this project all met the contract requirements.
On December 21, 2019, Guangxi Xinfa Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. organized the relevant local government departments and expert groups to conduct the acceptance of the project, and the acceptance conclusion was qualified.
