The project is located in Ci County, Handan City and was invested by Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Ci County, construction content included belt park greening, sprinkler irrigation pipe network, etc., including preparation of 100,829.8 m2 of greening land, planting 6,535 green plants, 7,865.55 m2 of hedges, 22,870.35 m2 of flowers, laying 34,613.75 m2 of turf, digging 2467 tree roots and installation 5156 m of sprinkler irrigation pipeline.
As the construction area of the project involved some planting land for people, the poplar to be cut down was under the jurisdiction of the Forestry Bureau, which needed to communicate and coordinate with the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Forestry Bureau, the Town People's Congress, the village committee and the people. In addition, anti-seasonal planting was involved during the construction period. It was difficult to plant trees in summer, with high requirements for technical measures and more detailed management requirements.
Through the efforts of all construction personnel, the project started on September 27, 2020 and was completed on April 25, 2021. The quality met the design and specification requirements, the safety was controllable and without accidents, and the progress met the requirements of the planned schedule. The project was carried out to enhance the landscape on both sides of Hexie Avenue (Zhonghuaci Street - Youyi Street), providing a good place for the public to relax, walk and fitness, with high social evaluation and good social benefits.
