The project is located in the town of Niu Dachang, Shibing County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. 12 fattening houses were planned to be built, with the length and width of 68.64 m and 36.48 m. The ancillary facilities such as living office area, sewage treatment area, solid fertilizer treatment area and plant roads were also built. Entrusted by Shibing New Hope Liuhe Breeding Co., Ltd., our company undertook the supervision of the project. The supervision content and scope included all engineering contents within the scope of construction, as follows:
(1) Construction and decoration of 12 fattening houses, water supply and drainage, electrical and equipment installation works.
(2) Decoration, water supply and drainage, electrical and equipment installation works of comprehensive room, personnel room, disinfection room and equipment room. Construction of living are and office area, sewage treatment area, solid fertilizer treatment area, plant road, other ancillary facilities, assembly fence and road work inside and outside the site.
The duration of this project was from December 2020 to July 2021. During the process of the project, the project supervision department strictly followed the contract and conscientiously and fully performed all the contents of the contract:
1.Quality control: the supervision department strictly controlled the quality of the project, so that the quality of the whole project was under control from the beginning to the end. The quality of the project met the target of contract requirements.
2.Progress control: The project was highly valued by the owner and the government, therefore, the progress was more satisfactory. The construction period started from the beginning of December 2020, and the acceptance condition was available in July 2021, the actual construction period lasted for 8 months. The progress of the project met the target required by the contract.
3.Investment control: the supervision carried out effective control on the project investment, mainly for the recognition of quality and price of raw materials, control of design changes, strict implementation of the contract price, unit price and agreed payment methods and conditions for the construction work as determined in the construction contract; strict measurement procedures.
4.Safety control: the supervision department strictly controlled the safe and civilized construction, strengthened the safety inspection, and effectively controlled the special operations. No safety accident occurred in this project and the target of contract requirements was achieved.
5.Contract management: the construction organizations were effectively controlled according to the terms of the contract, and no claims occurred.
6.Information management: the project supervision department collected useful information of the project and gave timely feedback to the owner so that the owner could make decisions.
On July 28, 2021, the New Hope Liuhe Acceptance Team conducted the completion inspection and acceptance, and the acceptance conclusion was qualified.
