This project was located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, invested by Natural Resources Bureau of Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, and included topography and geomorphology improvement, retaining wall construction, stone work and greening construction, etc. The quantity of work included 2,545.8 m³ of slag and stone clearance, one buffer pool, 32 m of drainage ditch and cover, 52 m of water-retaining wall, 4,609.29 m³ of retaining wall, 300㎡ of slope trimming, 223 green plants, 609.93㎡ of green seedling.
The project started on April 9, 2020 and completed on November 10, 2020, lasting 215 calendar days. The construction point of the project was located inside the village, with complicated geological conditions, and the construction needed to take measures to reduce noise and dust, as well as to consider the protection of the original vegetation, which required communication and coordination with the village committee and the people. Through the efforts of all construction personnel, the project was guaranteed to be 100% qualified in terms of construction content without safety accidents and environmental pollution. The quality met the design and specification requirements, the safety was controlled without accident, no environmental pollution, and the progress met the planned schedule.
Through the implementation of emergency geohazard management project, the potential safety hazards to the surrounding people's properties were eliminated, visual pollution was eliminated and ecological environment was improved, which was of great significance to social development and had good social benefits.
