Beihai Yidian 4*B60MW Unit Coal Yard Closure Civil Reconstruction Project

The project is located in Mashanzi Town, Beihai New District, Binzhou City, the open coal yard is about 153 meters long in the north-south direction, 102 meters wide in the east-west direction and about 12 meters high. The foundation is C40 concrete, and the bedding layer is C20 plain concrete. Features of this project are as follow:

1. The independent column is 1300mm*1300mm and 12m high, which is difficult to construct. The formwork support system is verified on site to ensure the molding effect meets the requirements of Party A before starting formal construction.
2. The project is a technical transformation project. The plant is in operation. Coordinating the construction site and cross construction with the production workshop personnel is the key and difficult point of the project.
3. The column design of this project is steel and concrete structure, and there are several process interchanges between civil construction and installation. It is only by grasping the key points of the process in construction and successfully completing the work content that we can ensure close process connection, shorten project duration and save project cost.

The project started on December 12, 2020, and completed on June 1, 2021, lasting 171 calendar days. Due to the construction site conditions, epidemic control and Spring Festival holidays and other issues, the construction period was extended.

During the implementation of the project, the quality, safety, schedule and cost of the project were fully controlled in strict accordance with the requirements of the relevant national codes, standards and mandatory provisions for construction works.

With the careful organization and joint efforts of the project department, the construction tasks were successfully completed and the target of passing the environmental protection inspection and acceptance by the Party A was achieved.
