On March 30, 2021, the company held the 2020 academic exchange meeting with the theme of "innovation-driven, pursuit of excellence, comprehensive implementation of informatization, automation, intelligence and standardization, and building a smart construction site ". The meeting was organized by the technology and quality department, and Nie Qingke, the chief engineer of the company, attended and made an important speech. The meeting was held in a combination of on-site meeting and online meeting. More than 160 chief engineers and technicians from all production organization of the company attended the meeting, 103 of them attended the on-site meeting.
At this exchange meeting, Shang Weidong, director of technology and quality department, made a report entitled "comprehensively implementing informatization, automation, intelligence and standardization to build a smart construction site" - 2020 project technology improvement year achievement exhibition, which elaborated the activities of "2020 project technology improvement year" and 65 achievements of each production organization. The chief engineer of each organization also made a summary report on the technological innovation achievements of the organization in 2020, and introduced the scientific and technological achievements and excellent projects of the organization in 2020, which played the role of mutual communication and understanding, learning from each other, and promotion and improvement. At the meeting, there were also 8 excellent papers from different production organization. The contents include the demonstration of service-oriented power ancillary facilities, the application of isolation pad installation technology, the introduction of rotary drilling bored pile technology, the analysis of pile forming effect of high-pressure jet grouting pile, the pile driving analysis and bearing capacity research of large-diameter open-ended steel pipe piles, the research of precise cross-river level survey, the application of desulfurization gypsum and fly ash as backfill materials, the pipe jacking construction engineering and other applications of new technologies. These papers fill the gaps of the company from different aspects.
Nie Qingke, chief engineer, made an important speech with the theme of "responsibility " at the conference, analyzed several litigation cases caused by project quality, and required the technical management personnel to strengthen responsibility, dare to take responsibility, never forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission, strictly control the project quality, actively strive for excellence and innovation, and strive to make the company a "centennial enterprise".
